The decision was made to remove the old, heavy, classic furniture, which didn’t align with the island’s relaxed style, as it was more suited to a regal city apartment. The goal was to embrace simplicity and highlight the stunning sea views. To achieve this, large windows were added to the porch, allowing natural light to fill the space and creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior.

Another key part of the renovation was to open up the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which were previously separated by a small room and hallway. Now, the kitchen and dining areas enjoy views of the sea, creating an open, inviting atmosphere.

The final result is a summery, refreshing space, perfect for enjoying the sun and the views, inviting relaxation and connection with the surroundings.

Se optó por retirar los muebles antiguos, muy clásicos y pesados, que no correspondían con el estilo relajado de la isla, más propios de un piso regio en la ciudad. El objetivo fue apostar por la simplicidad y dar protagonismo a las impresionantes vistas al mar. Para ello, se abrieron grandes ventanales en el porche, permitiendo que la luz natural invadiera el espacio y conectando de manera fluida el interior con el exterior.

Otro aspecto clave de la reforma fue integrar el salón, el comedor y la cocina, que antes estaban separados por una pequeña habitación y un pasillo. Ahora, la cocina y el comedor disfrutan de vistas al mar, creando un ambiente abierto y acogedor.

El resultado final es un espacio veraniego y refrescante, ideal para disfrutar del sol y las vistas al mar, invitando al relax y al disfrute del entorno.
